Insurance settlements can get confusing, with an entire lexicon of complex terminology  and verbiage. We’re insurance claim specialists, and one of our first steps is to look specifically for collateral damage to see if it’s appropriate to start an insurance claim on your property.

We work directly with your insurance company to help you file a claim if necessary. We’re trained to know more than what the adjuster knows and get what you paid premiums for. Our estimates are always approved by working within insurance price guidelines (knowing insurance company policies and procedures also allow us to get your repairs done quickly). There is no out of pocket expense except your deductible.

We’ll help you navigate the entire insurance process, educate you on your roles and responsibilities and explain in detail the insurance process. We handle all the paperwork for you to ensure proper replacement costs and we’ll meet with your adjuster on site if necessary.

To ensure that you receive your funds from the insurance company, Roof MD will assist you with providing an invoice to your insurance company. You will only be responsible for payment when funds are received from your insurance company.
